The Leicester City defender wrote: “Welcome Lillie Saint Maguire”.
The couple’s baby was born on Wednesday – nine months to the day Maguire starred in England’s victory over Colombia in the second round of the World Cup in Russia.
The game ended in a 1-1 draw, but England went on to win 4-3 on penalties and seal their place in the quarter finals of the competition.
Miss Hawkins also shared the image of their newborn on social media, along with the message: “You have stole our hearts my precious angel xox”.
After the game against Colombia, a picture showing Maguire casually leaning over a barrier to speak to Miss Hawkins went viral.
Maguire re-posted the image on Twitter along with the caption: “Can you ask the neighbours to put the bins out on Monday? We’re not going home just yet.”
The couple have been together for the past eight years, and became engaged in Paris last February.
